If Chevrolet just pawns away Ross Chastain like he's just a nice piece of ass they will regret it for years. He has RAW talent, few drivers have that today. He has the ability to seperate himself from the drivers in his class or drivers that he may be associated with, and soon will. Regardless if Chastain never wins a Cup championship, he will be the Ryan Newman of the newer age drivers. Consitent and will check you when he's got to. I understand the circumstances on allowing your future to help out a fellow competitor, ultimate sportsmanship, but you don't win much Chevy. Maybe its all a plan to get Chastain practice in real speed so he will be more well suited when hes advanced to CGR most likely. Whatever happens, keep the bowtie Ross.
